yeah it did, but not once i roughed the inside up, but ive changed stem since then. try abit of sandpaper inside of it. should stop it slipping

Yeah its a great bike, these photos really dont do the bike justice, the bike was £319.95 im not sure what that is in canadian currency im sure you can work it out :)
